1. Cosmetic Product Return Policy

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products.

 

2. Eligible Returns

We may accept returns or provide support if:

You received the wrong item
Your order arrived damaged
Your package was missing an item
There was a fulfillment error
The product was defective upon arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@bhuvella.com with:

Your order number
Your full name
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and label

We will review the information and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened products
Used products
Products with broken seals
Products not purchased from www.bhuvella.com
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
Final sale or promotional items, if marked as final sale

 

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, we may send the same product again based on inventory availability.

 

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@bhuvella.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

8. Storage and Use

Please follow storage and usage instructions on the product label. We are not responsible for product issues caused by improper storage, contamination, misuse, or failure to follow directions.
